I like to exercise whenever I get the chance. Everybody's body is different. Each person should follow an exercise routine that is tailored to them. Gym trainers can offer pointers for people who don't know where to begin. I like to do a lot of cardio. This improves my endurance, and increase my lung capacity. I also lift weights to build up my muscles. Having less body fat and more muscle mass improve the body's metabolism. This means you can eat more without gaining weight. Exercise is also good for mental health. It's a good way to blow off steam and keep stress levels in check. This is why I always try to make time for exercise.
