I have had various problems with my phone. My previous phone give me a lot of trouble. It kept on freezing and it was very frustrating. I took it in for repairs. The person at service center changed several parts and it got better. I didn't have to pay anything, because it was covered by a warranty. And then, there was a time when my screen cracked. I think I bumped it really hard somewhere. I had to get the screen replaced. That cost me a lot of money. I thought it was a waste of money. Since then, I always keep my phone in a phone case.

Yeah, you seem to be having a lot of problems with it.

I think it's time to get a new phone.
