Talk about the way people take childcare leaver


In Korea there is a childcare leave that is guaranteed by law. When a woman becomes pregnant, she can take paid maternity leave for a fixed period during her pregnancy and after she gives birth. She can also take a long-term leave after the baby is born. Thanks to these polices, women can safely pursue a career while also having and raising kids. These days, childcare leave is on an upward trend among men, although it's not as common as it's for women. Double-income families are becoming the norm. The social consensus is that child-rearing is not the main responsibility of women. Korea has one of world's lowest fertility rates, so childcare leave policy is highly necessary. It must be promoted and improved even more to raise the birthrate and help parents bring up their kids.
