Talk about how you like to work out in your daily life.

I put on weight more easily now that I'm older. That's why I try to work out regularly. I considered Yoga and Pilates. However, I don't have a fixed schedule after work, so I was on the fence. Then, someone recommended home training. She said it's all the rage these days. I searched online and found a lot of videos on YouTube. There were detailed directions on workouts for people of all levels, from beginners to experts. I found a suitable program and played the video on the TV in my living room. I followed along and exercised. It was great because it didn't get boring and it saved me a lot of money.


Talk about when you learned a sport.

I am not a born athlete. When I begin to learn a sport, it takes a long time. I first began to learn how to snowboard five years ago, and I am still at it. I think it's because I get scared easily. When I hit the slopes this winter, I will be on the beginner slopes again. Still, it's not as hard as it was at first. I'm starting to get the hang of it. I also started getting golf lessons recently. They say learning the proper technique is most important. Fixing my form for months was so boring that I thought about quitting. However, I had already bought all the equipment, so I'm still practicing. My husband must have caught wind of how I felt. He asked me to hit the links. That sounds fun, but I've never played before. Can you teach me the ropes?

Of course. But you should know that it's not easy, at first.
