Talk about the types of instant food you have.
It's not a stretch to say that now is a golden age of instant food. You can microwave countless foods and eat them right away. Thanks to improvements in technology for packaging food, even foods that are tricky to package can be enjoyed in instant form. You can find a lot of these instant foods at convenient stores and supermarkets. Because simple food prep is preferred these days, instants foods will become even more widespread. The downside to this is that indulging in instant food too often is usually unhealthy.

I don't mind cooking now and again. But cooking is very time-consuming. That's why these days, I buy a bunch of instant food and simply eat that. I buy a lot of canned foods, since I can pop them open and eat them whenever I want. I also buy a lot of soups and stews that are packages as single servings. I get side dishes packaged in small amounts, too. I also prefer instant food products for noodle dishes like instant noodles. I am not blind to the fact that some of ingredients in instant foods can be harmful. However, I can't stop myself from eating them because they are so convenient.

I can't be bothered. I'm so tired from work.
