Talk about when you had problems with package deliveries.

I recently ordered a blanket online The package usually arrive in a few day's time when I shop online, so that's what I expected. But even after a week, the blanket didn't arrive. I tracked the order online. It was still being prepared. It turns out, the blankets are made to order. They take a long time to ship. I had to wait two weeks before mine finally was delivered to me. Ever since then, I closely check the estimated shipping time when I buy things online. It has become a habit.


Talk about the food you ordered was delivered late.

Last week, I decided to order delivery for food. I used a food delivery app to order the food. The estimated delivery time was 60 minutes, so I waited. But no matter how long I waited, there was no sign of the food. I called the service center for the delivery app. They apologized for the delay. The deliveries were running late because there weren't enough delivery drivers. They explained that they were swamped with orders because of the rain. To make it up to me, they would send me a discount coupon that I could use in the app. 90 minutes after I placed the order, my food finally arrive.


I'm so hungry. When is the food going to arrive?

I called the restaurant. They said the deliveryman has left.

It's about time. It's been almost an hour since we ordered.

I guess they're busy because it's a weekend.
