Talk about what Christmas is like in Korea.

Christmas is designated as a national holiday in Korea. On Christmas Eve, people go out in droves to have a good time. Stores and restaurants enjoy increased demand on Christmas. It's because everyone eats out and goes shopping. Some restaurants have only pre-fixed menus around Christmastime. Oftentimes, it's hard to score a table unless you reserve in advance. On the streets, you can see couples going on dates.

Talk about Santa Claus and Christmas Carols.

My son is five years old, and he is a big fan of Christmas. We always laugh it up, decorating a Christmas tree together. He's still young, so he believes in Santa Claus. When I ask him what he want for Christmas, he says Saint Nick will get it for him. My husband and I get his gift in advance, and put it next to his bed when he's fast asleep. He gets all worked up when he discovers it in the morning. It's really cute. Someday, it will dawn on him that mom were Santa. But until then, we'll keep it a secrete. On Christmas, we turn on cheerful carols and spend time as a family.

What are you going to do for Christmas this year?

I thought about staying at home, but I decided to do some volunteer work.

That's the spirit! That's a really great way to spend the holiday.

Yeah, I thought it would be better than just watching movies at home.
