Invasive Species (2)
Are all non-native species, other words exotic plant or animal life considered to be invasive?
No. That's definitely not true and in fact the best examples are crop plants. For instance, the tomato which is native to the America, and for that matter the potato whitch is fairly closely related to tomato, has uh, spread throughout the world as a, both of them, essential and very tasty crop plants. And they do not tend to be invasive. So it's more of a, a judgement of what's the impact. In this case non-native plants have a very beneficial impact on people's agricultural productivity and nutrition.
