Money and the meaning of life.
As the old saying goes, money can't buy happiness. Finding happiness requires people to look inward at who they are, rather than outward at whay they have. Money itself will not change people's nature. An anxious person without money will probably still be anxious person when they have money.
Likewise, money and intelligence are not synonymous. Of course, it's true that many wealthy people are highly intelligent. However, it's often their intelligence that drives the creation of their wealth, not the other way around. The thought and opinion of the rich are often no different than those of people of average income.
Wealthy people are often automatically considered successful. But that's only true if one equates success with money. Are there no other way to measure success? Personal qualities such as passion, persistence, and perseverance cannot be bought, no matter how much mony one has. The pursuit of happiness can bring more success than the pursuit of money.
Money is just one piece of life's puzzle. People who focus on money too much can become blind to eveything else life has to offer. And it' these other parts of life that help to build character, boost intelligence, and realize happiness. Admittedly, money can simplify some things in life, but simply being rich does not ensure a life rich in happiness.
