날까마귀 2017. 5. 16. 16:27

The toughest part of traveling overseas is the language barrier. I can get by in English-speaking countries. However, it gets tricky in countries where people don't speak any English. It's especially hard to express myself while going through airport security. When an immigration officer asks about the purpose of my visit. It's hard to give a satisfactory answer. Communication is also difficult while checking in at a hotel and paying the deposit. Sometimes, I have trouble asking the concierge about local points of interest. I like to haggle over prices when I go shopoing, but I can't when I can't speak the local language. Each time that happens, I vow to study English even more.
