A significant number of companies of Korea require English speaking test scores from applicants. It is not enough to understand English. The companies plcace a premium on people who can speak English fluently. Major examples of these tests include the OPIc and TOEIC SPEAKING. Test-takers must verbally respond to the questions. They are evaluated based on their speaking ability. This includes sentence structure, related expressions, and a strong grasp of grammer. Pronunciation and stress are also important. These tests are hard to prepare for on one's own. Usually, people need to help. That's why a lot people get help from test-prep books, classes at private language school, and online lectures.
