For building of a certain size in Korea, there are designated parking spaces for the handicapped. Handicapped parking is legally required. The spaces are marked with a logo of a wheelchair on the ground. Usually, there is also a sign that is hard to miss. only people with a handicapped parking pass can park in these spaces. If other people par there, they can be fined. In some cases, their car could be towed. Even when the parking lot is full, these spots must be left empty. Some people avoid these spots because of the hefty fine. However, most people respect the rules out of courtesy.
What are you doing? You can't park here.
Why not? The space is empty.
