Korea is a great country for art-lovers. There is no shortage of art galleries. Some people think that galleries are a bore. However plenty of people enjoy taking in art. Special exhibitions of works by famous artists usually are crowded with visitors. When visiting a gallery, it can be helpful to buy a brochure. They are filled with information, and they are good souvenirs. Guided tours are also fun. Often, they are offered free of charge. Some art can be enjoyed at face value. However, abstract art can be difficult to understand. That's why explanations from a guide are helpful. Visiting a gallery can seem daunting at first. However, it is a lot of fun if you get used to it.
