These days, group chatrooms are used to communicate or convey information in many ways. In a group chatroom, everyone can be informed all at once. All of the chat participants can see who is in the room, and how many people have checked a message. It's also easy to share photos, videos, documents or links. People can vote on an issue, and even send mobile gift vouchers. At work, group chatrooms can replace time-consuming meetings. Among friends, people can decide on a place to meet and RSVP in a group chatroom. Overall, group chatrooms are very helpful in making communication more efficient. However, it's important to be careful. Posting a message in the wrong chatroom can make you lose face.
