Talk about the types of people you like.

I like people who are humble. Even if someone is very successful, I can't warm to them if they are arrogant. I also like people who take care of themselves. When I see people who work out regularly, it seems like they have it together. I like that. Also, I am drawn to people who know a lot about various topics.  Bookworms usually know a lot. I learn a lot when I talk to them. Finally, I like people who are passionate. When I see people who are passionate about what they do, it inspires me to be that way too.

Talk about the types of people you dislike.

I like people who are honest. People who lie or tell tall tales about themselves rub me wrong way. Relationships are built on trust. If I know that someone has lied, I can't trust that person. That's why I strongly dislike liars. Next, I dislike people who are not punctual. I think people who are habitually late and who can't keep a deadline are pathetic. Finally, I dislike people who talk ill of others. Everyone talks about other people, but there are some people who badmouth others every time they talk. Those people get on my nerves. I think it's better to always see people in a positive light.
