Talk about how you wake up in the morning.
To be productive during the day, I need to sleep at least six hours. That's why I try to go to bed by midnight. However, I like to sleep in, so it's hard to get up in the morning. I set may alarms before I fall asleep. First, I set an alarm for 6 in the morning. Then, I set several alarms at intervals of 10 minutes. I sometimes turn off the alarm and fall back asleep. That's why I need several alarms. On weekends, I can sleep all I want, so I turn all of the alarms off.
Talk about the last time you woke up late.
I had been drinking at a lot of year-end gatherings, so I was feeling sluggish. Last week, I went to another office dinner, and I got home late. I was quite drunk, so I worried about getting up for work the next day. I washed up and hit the sack, but I tossed and turned, getting up several times to quench my thirst. I woke up to the alarm in the morning, but I was so tired that I rested my eyes for a moment. When I woke up with a start, I found I had slept another hour. I got up in a hurry and got ready for work. I have flexible hours at work, so I can usually go to work as I pleas. But I had a business meeting that morning, so I hustled over to the office. I ended up arriving 30 minutes behind schedule.
Why weren't you at the meeting this morning? What happened?
