Many of my friends are night owls, but I am a morning person. on most days, I go to bed at midnight or 1 a.m. at the latest. I always set my alarm to 6 o'clock. I have done this for so long I usually wake up just before the alarm goes off. As soon as I open my eyes, I check my phone. Then I take a shower. It makes me feel alert. I spend a few minutes drying my hair and putting on my makeup. I eat lightly for breakfast. Some toast and fruit is more than enough. I like to scan the news while I eat. I set off for work at 7:30. The best thing about waking up early is that I don't feel rushed in the morning.
