I am closer to a night person. I go to bed around 2 o'clock in the morning. I do have to get up around 7 o'clock for work though. I can get by with five hours of sleep a day. I am a very heavy sleeper. I rarely wake up in the middle of the night. I have some trouble waking up in the morning, so I set multiple alarms. As for my sleeping habits, I tend to toss and turn a lot in my sleep. I don't grind my teeth, but I snore quite loudly. My snoring get worse when I'm tired or I gain some weight. There was a time when I had problems falling asleep at night. It was hard to function properly because I wasn't getting enough sleep. Thankfully that symptom naturally disappeared. Now I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow.

My new mattress is really comfortable.
