Every year, my New Year resolution is to work out more. However, I rarely stick to it. This year, I resolved to exercise on a regular basis. I joined a gym early in the year, I also signed up for yoga classes. For a while, it went like clockwork. However, I soon became a bit lazy. I made excuses to skip my workout. Recently, I put on a lot of weight. I need to exercise now more than ever. At night, I go outside and jump rope until I am out of breath. It is good cardio exercise. I also do several laps around the park. I don't do any weight training, but maybe I will start after I drop some weight. The exercise definitely makes me feel refreshed.
