Many people take a pass on breakfast for various reasons. Some people are rushed for time in the morning, so they can't make time to eat. For others, skipping breakfast has become a habit. However, health experts unanimously advise that it's good to eat breakfast. Fist of all, people don't eat from nighttime until the morning, so it's not good to have a empty stomach for too long until lunchtime. Also, a healthy breakfast is very helpful in providing energy to get up and running in the morning. Above all, eating breakfast stimulates metabolism. This is a good for not only physical healthy, but mental health as well. Waking up 30 minutes earlier and having a leisurely breakfast to kick up the day is the first step to healthy life.


I'm feeling tired these days. I need to change my lifestyle.

What do you want to change?

I want to start by eating breakfast every morning.
