One time my laptop stopped working and everything came to a standstill. I had to take it in for repairs. It turned out that the monitor was broken. It was an expensive fix. I had to weigh the pros and cons for fixing my computer and getting a new one. The repair technician was very friendly. He explained the problem in simple terms. The quality service at the center improved the brand image. Another time, the water purifier in my kitchen broke. It leaked badly. Also, the water wouldn't heat up. I called the customer support center. They sent over a service engineer. He replaced a few internal parts, and it worked properly again. The warranty period wasn't over, so the repair didn't cost anything.
